Offering and receiving, give and take, opening and closing, surrender and control…Phases we need to face in life and it is up to us to decide what to take in and what to let go. We become more discriminative in our thoughts, emotions, decisions, actions and we choose what is right for us…

For me, Yoga is the means to be able to discriminate with more clarity whatever leads to a happier life. You learn through yoga to turn the attention inwards (physical, mental, emotional levels) and to observe. By observing, you will find out that there are more things in this life you should be grateful for, little or bigger things. It doesn’t matter. What matters is to observe they are there and be happy for it.
